The Ticket Office is conveniently located at the main entrance to the Bismarck Event Center, located at the corner of Bowen Avenue and 5th Street and is completely accessible from anywhere in the city.

The Bismarck Event Center Ticket Office hours are:
Monday-Friday: 11:30 am to 5 pm
Saturday: Closed - Except on event days open at noon.
Sunday: Closed - Except on event days open at noon.

Weekday Event Days: Ticket office opens at 11:30 am
Please Note: Hours are subject to change by event and promoter. The Event Center office is closed on city of Bismarck holidays unless an event is taking place.
Three easy ways to purchase your tickets:
  • Purchase tickets in person at the Bismarck Event Center Box Office.
  • Customers who wish to order their tickets by phone may call Etix at 800-514-3849.
  • A convenience fee will be added per ticket on all ticket sales, except those made in-person at the Box Office. The Box Office does not sell tickets by phone, visit etix.com. A convenience fee will be added per ticket on charge orders.

WILL CALL

Will call tickets are available after 3:30 pm on the day of the event at the Event Center ticket office for events that begin after 5 PM. For events that begin prior to 5 PM, Will Call tickets will be available when the Box Office opens Day of Show.

In order to receive your tickets, you will need the actual credit card used to place the order, a picture ID and the confirmation number for your order. Will Call tickets can only be picked up by the person who ordered the tickets. If an alternate person will be picking up the tickets, patrons must call Etix Customer Service at 800-514-3849 to arrange for an “alternate pick-up name” to be listed on the order.

CHILDREN

Unless otherwise specified by the promoter, children under the age of two are admitted free of charge if they sit on a lap of a ticket holder. Car seats are not allowed unless a ticket is purchased for the car seat and strollers are not allowed for any seated event. Strollers are permitted for trade show (walk-through) types of events.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Wheelchair accessible seating is available at all events in the arena. Accessible locations are found in the 200 Level north and south of the building. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating. For availability and exact locations, please contact the Bismarck Event Center ticket office at 701-355-1384 or Etix at 800-514-3849.
The Bismarck Event Center companion policy allows visitors with special needs to purchase a ticket for one guest in designated ADA seating areas.

PAYMENT TYPES

The Bismarck Event Center Ticket Office accepts payments for tickets with cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as Visa, Mastercard and Discover debit cards.

There are multiple ATMs conveniently located in the building to access cash.

Refunds:
In the unfortunate event that we have an event cancelled, refunds of the face value of the ticket[s] and the per ticket convenience charge[s] will automatically be processed to the credit card used at the time of purchase whether this was at the box office, by phone or online. This refund will appear on your next credit card statement depending upon billing cycle. There is no need to return any tickets you may have received in the mail if your purchased your ticket using a credit card.

If you purchased your tickets from the box office and paid with cash, you DO need to bring in your ticket for a full refund.
