The Bismarck Event Center and Belle Mehus Auditorium are closely monitoring the latest developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may affect our events.
Our buildings, along with each event's promoters are continuing to follow the lead of city, state and federal officials as they implement strategies recommended by public health authorities and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). All are aware of the concern and severity of COVID-19 and are prepared to make decisions based on current recommendations, as well as in response to changing conditions.
In response to growing awareness and concern, our buildings are taking the following precautionary guidelines:
- Increased signage outlining advisable precautions.
- Increased cleaning of high traffic areas (before, during, and after events) such as stair railings, elevators, door handles, countertops and more.
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing of facility public spaces and restrooms.
- Additional hand sanitizer stations through each building.
