13th Annual Earth Day Festival

Date: Apr 13, 2021
Location(s):
Category(s):

DATE / TIME

TUESDAY, APRIL 13:
  • 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM

The first Earth Day was held on April 22, 1970. Earth Day was founded by Gaylord

Nelson, a U.S. Senator from Wisconsin. People all over the country made promises to help the environment. Everyone got involved and since then, Earth Day has spread all over the planet.

Earth Day is a time to celebrate gains we have made and create new visions to accelerate environmental progress. Earth Day is a time to unite around new actions. Earth Day and every day is a time to act to protect our planet.

Our goal for this Earth Day Festival is to bring people together for a brighter tomorrow. All organizations involved have a passion for protecting our natural resources and environment. This festival is our way to educate the public on ways to protect our environment and on the importance of Earth Day.
